In the transmission and distribution of drinking water, ductile iron pipes have made great achievements and won a reputation in the fields of hydraulics, casting and metallurgy.

The products strictly implement the internal standards of Jinhui Casting Pipe and follow ISO2531, EN545 and GB13295 standards.

Municipal and industrial sewage pipe network

All ductile iron sewage pipes and their pipe fittings are made of ductile iron pipes, which to a certain extent avoids damage to the pipeline system caused by external pressure. The external anti-corrosion measures of ductile iron sewage pipes include zinc spraying 130g/m2, red anti-corrosion material coating and epoxy coating on the socket; the high alumina cement (HAC) used for internal anti-corrosion of the pipe contains more than 50% alumina, and the cement lining rich in metal ions provides very wear-resistant performance. At the same time, centrifugal spraying technology is used to spray the inner surface of the pipe body, and the inner surface is very smooth, which effectively reduces the head loss. And use matching high-quality sewage pipe rubber rings - nitrile rubber rings (NBR). This can effectively resist the corrosion caused by sewage with strong acidity and alkalinity, other chemicals and grease. At the same time, we provide customers with an outer anti-corrosion layer made of red epoxy resin spraying to ensure the resistance of pipe fittings to chemical corrosion.
Fire water pipe network.

Whether in the municipal or industrial fields, protecting the safety of people's property is an important mission of the fire pipe system. Ductile iron pipes have a triple safety factor in design, which not only ensures that the entire fire protection system, including valves and fire hydrants, is a complete and consistent ductile iron product, but also fully meets the working conditions of the fire pipe system.

Agricultural irrigation

For a long time, the requirements for pipeline sealing performance in agricultural irrigation have not been as strict as those for drinking water. Now, with the increasing scarcity of water resources and the increase in costs, this concept is changing. In order to ensure long-term impermeability, agricultural irrigation pipe networks must be able to resist soil movement, the passage of agricultural machinery, water hammer (due to the start of the water diversion pipe and the sudden stop of the water valve) and any other possible accidents (such as: the impact of the plow head). Ductile iron pipes are highly adaptable and can be easily expanded or revised (without damaging) the original pipeline. Ductile iron pipe systems have a high safety margin, sufficient to meet the above situations.

Small hydropower stations

Currently, small or satellite hydropower stations are a newly developed but rapidly growing field. These hydropower stations are usually operated by local enterprises or private capital. In this field, ductile iron pipes have the ability to resist high internal water pressure and excellent resistance to external pressure from soil terrain, allowing pipes to be buried in deep pits and valleys.

The first step in the water cycle is the water diversion pipe or pumping station to draw water from underground aquifers, lakes and rivers.
